The Adaptil Diffuser is a discrete and effective plug-in which fills your home with a reproduction of the canine appeasing pheromone, a natural product proven to calm and comfort both puppies and adult dogs.
The Adaptil diffuser can be used to help your puppy remain composed during training and housebreaking, as well as helping puppies and adults alike during challenging situations such as fireworks, new babies or houseguests, Christmas, and Thunderstorms.
Each vial included with each diffuser lasts 30 days, with refills available; the diffuser can be refilled up to five times before needing to be replaced and should be plugged into the room where the dog spends most of its time. The Adaptil diffuser may be used alongside the Adaptil Collar or Adaptil Spray.

We have used this on recommendation from the RSPCA for 7 years after adopting a very traumatised schnauzer. It has really helped and on the odd occasion when it has run out the anxiety is definitely more apparent.it is not a cure (unless you just want to support your pet through a trauma or new environment)or a quick fix but it has definitely helped us. One plug in lasts a month and you can buy refills currently on offer at Waitrose at 14.99p, we have it in a large kitchen family room and one works well even though the space is above average. As it fits into a normal plug you could move it into other rooms but I have not needed to do this.
