Cooking instructions

General

Preparation: All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Wash hands after handling raw poultry. Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw poultry and cooked, or wash between uses.

Oven cook

From Chilled

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and set sachet to one side. Place the chicken in a roasting dish in the centre of the oven for 30 mins. Pour sachet over chicken and cook for a further 5 mins until thoroughly cooked and no pink colour remains. To serve mix cooking juices with sauce in roasting dish and pour over chicken. Do not reheat once cooled. (Time 35 mins, Oven: 200°C, Fan: 180°C, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
