1 Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/ Gas mark 7. Spread the chips evenly on a baking tray with upturned edges and place in the top of oven.2. Cook for 16-18 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the chips at least once during cooking to ensure an even crispness.
