SurePet Felaqua Connect Cat Drinking System is an intelligent water bowl system that's been designed with leading veterinary behaviourists to encourage drinking. The Felaqua Connect is a cat-friendly, connected water bowl that monitors a cat’s drinking behaviour.


Our busy lifestyles mean that many cat owners find it difficult to keep track of how much their cat is drinking. However, vets agree that a change in drinking behaviour is the most concerning health indicator in middle aged and senior cats, so monitoring a cat’s water intake is critically important to their overall health. Connecting to the Sure Petcare App*, Felaqua Connect reports how much and when a cat drinks, enabling owners to more easily spot changes in drinking patterns, which may be a cause for concern. *Requires SurePet Care hub, hub sold separately

Frozen Delivery

Natures Menu frozen raw pet food will be delivered by our trusted supply partner separately to any other items in your order in order. We therefore have to add a Frozen Delivery charge (£5.95) to keep it frozen all the way to your door.

Frozen raw food will not be available for collection. You will receive a separate email from Nature's Menu confirming delivery details within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of placing your order. All frozen food orders will need to be signed for so that we can ensure they stay perfectly frozen.

Due to the nature of this product, it is currently not available for delivery to a small selection of mainland postcodes, or off-shore locations (for example, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland).
