The SureFeed Microchip Pet Feeder Connect is the next generation of pet feeder that's the ideal feeding solution for overweight cats, cats with medical conditions and those that require close monitoring of feeding or multi-pet homes where one pet steals another's food.

Please note: this product is only for the Microchip Pet Feeder Connect, and does not include the Sure Pet Care Hub. Sure Pet Care Hub sold separately.

How it Works

  • Connect the Hub to a spare port on your home router. The Hub acts as the link between the feeder and the internet
  • Set the food serving amount within the app. LEDs on the feeder will then indicate when the right portion size has been reached
  • When a registered pet approaches, the lid opens allowing them to feed. Their feeding activity is then recorded and displayed within the app
  • The lid remains closed for unauthorised pets, so that all pets in the home can lead healthier lifestyles

Frozen Delivery

Natures Menu frozen raw pet food will be delivered by our trusted supply partner separately to any other items in your order in order. We therefore have to add a Frozen Delivery charge (£5.95) to keep it frozen all the way to your door.

Frozen raw food will not be available for collection. You will receive a separate email from Nature's Menu confirming delivery details within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) of placing your order. All frozen food orders will need to be signed for so that we can ensure they stay perfectly frozen.

Due to the nature of this product, it is currently not available for delivery to a small selection of mainland postcodes, or off-shore locations (for example, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland).
