Beaphar Lactol is a vitamin-fortified milk powder for puppies, kittens, baby rabbits and your other small furry friends! Lactol is a milk replacement, which has been produced for over 100 years! It’s made from easily digestible whey proteins which closely resemble natural bitch’s milk! Lactol is extremely palatable and of optimum biological value due to its excellent amino acid content, and the special low-temperature drying process, which preserves fragile protein structures! Due to this, more of the protein in the product is highly utilised by growing animals! With added vitamins and minerals, Lactol provides a complete milk re-placer feed!
Just add the Lactol to warm, not boiling, water and stir until it is completely dissolved. Allow to cool to blood temperature (38°C) and it is then ready to use! Older pets may prefer to drink their Lactol cold. It is highly recommended to use clean sterile equipment when making up the Lactol, especially for your younger animals. Prepared feed can be kept in the fridge for up to 24 hours, but remember to reheat to blood temperature before feeding your young animals. Always make sure fresh drinking water is available for your pet at any time!
